Wild Alaska Rockfish is one of our favorite seasonal offerings and we’re excited to bring it back this year straight from Alaska waters.
Rockfish has a mild, clean flavor with a slight sweetness often compared to Pacific snapper. The fillets are lean, medium-firm, and beautifully flaky — lighter and more delicate than halibut, but not as rich as black cod. It’s an incredibly versatile fish that works just as well for simple weeknight dinners as it does for elevated seafood meals.

Each 5 lb box includes individually vacuum-sealed 6–8 oz portions for easy thawing and meal prep — approximately 11 portions per case.
