New for the 2025 season, Wild Alaska rockfish! This is hard to find outside of select markets in the west coast and we're excited to be able to bring it to you this season! Rockfish has a mild, slightly sweet flavor that’s often compared to snapper. The flesh is lean, medium-firm, and flaky, not as delicate as sole but not as dense as halibut.
